Religious Orders in Education – ROE; this term

Work by the members of ROE continues to grow from strength to strength. Great strides
have been made this term by both of the working parties setting up the Gaudete
Collaborative Trust and the Gaudete MAT. The government’s recently issued White Paper
and the approval given by the Bishops both signal a green light in terms of both
aforementioned bodies and progress can move on apace.
The ROE Charism group continues to provide support and formation opportunities to staff
and governors in Religious Order schools. They are delivering 3-part symposia on
governance and religious order education which will culminate in June.
